Pinning a Message in a Community
Want to keep important messages at the top of your HOOPT community? You can pin your message!

Go to the Connections tab and select the community.

Either write or find the message you want to pin.

Press and hold the message so a menu will appear with different actions.

Tap the Pin option. Your message will now be pinned at the top of the chat.

Cool Tip
Pinned messages will appear at the top of the chat. Tap See All Pins to view all pinned messages in the community.
